Our standard professional fee for buyer representation is 2% of the purchase price. We primarily seek to have this fee covered by seller-paid commissions or concessions.

Flexibility & Negotiation: In cases where a seller is not offering compensation, we are committed to finding a solution that fits your budget. We offer flexible minimums and adjustable service tiers based on the complexity of your transaction. All fees are fully negotiable and will be clearly outlined in your Written Buyer Agency Agreement before we tour any homes.

About the Brokerage Administrative Fee: This fee of $300 or 0.1% (whichever is greater) is paid to RealtyFlo at the time of closing. It covers the costs of secure digital document storage, transaction coordination, state-mandated record retention, and regulatory compliance monitoring for your file.
